with a Hong Kong partner. The company which Nakajima worked for, however,
was a subsidiary of a company having its headquarters in Tokyo. Being just
a director of a subsidiary, Nakajima was forced to accept sudden change,
cancellation and abolishiment of his project many times by the circumstances
of the parent company.

as mentioned above. Under these circumstances you cannot achieve what you
want to do and you cannot be proud of your own job. Nakajima looked for
the way to live on the overseas transaction businesses he had been loving
and working for in Matsue he grown up. His such a desire eventually made
him quit the company he had worked for 26 years and establish Nakajima
Overseas.
