What Nakajima does for Domestic Businesses

　　　Nakajima Overseas acts as the Japan Liason Office of Yuen Tai Hong Kong Ltd. The relationship with this company continues nearly thirty years. This is the trading company in Hong Kong whose owner has a factory in China which has its long history of sewing machine parts manufacturing for more than eighty years. 　　 The facility is located in Dongguang next door to Shinzeng. Having reliable Lost Wax , Die casting and Forging subcontractors owned by Taiwanese and Hong Kong businesses also its own heat treatment, machining center, electric discharging, wire cutting and pressing machines, they boast of their quality based on their own processing technology of molds, pressing and finishing, which are far from the image you used to have against the products made in China. 　Japanese and American manufacturers of Knit Sewing or Over Lock Sewing Machines are satisfied with the parts we supply. Also the factory has sufficient ablity to achieve high precision machining which satisfies the customers in Japanese high technology businesses. 　
　We do not have any regular parts catalogue. Our main business is supplying the assembly parts to each industrial sewing machine manufacturer. We do not supply generic parts in the market. The assortment of the parts we are dealing is in so wide range that we, in frankly speaking, cannot accept small lot size order such as ten to several dozen pieces. We need the order quantity guaranteed with the number at least one thousand pieces per year and we supply the quantity in a year deviding into several shipments.
　 Usually we receive inquiry with drawings by e-mail. At the same time we ask some samples which is very helpful to know what kind of material should be used and how extent of finishing level is required. There is the heat treatment equipment, gas carburizing and tempering system. Industrial sewing machine parts' hardness and strength are strictly required to be more than 600HV, while the shape is very complicated and very easy to get distortion by the heat treatment. Getting good enough hardness with less distortion is required in the process. Vickers and Rockwell Hardness Checkers and Projector are equipped.
